A witty sign for no AC would have been cool. The staff vibe lacked luster, especially Mr Marc.

clean rooms - great location with grand place and manneken pis only 3-5 minutes away, and friendly staff with awesome local tips. breakfast had plenty of fresh pastries and bread.

The hotel's "Art Deco" style is absolutely charming and adds a touch of elegance to the general areas. As a senior guest, I appreciated the spacious mezzanine overlooking the central area, making it easy for me to enjoy the ambiance without feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, the direct connection to the parking area and the street was very convenient for senior people like myself, allowing easy access to and from the hotel.

It would have been even more enjoyable for senior guests if the staff were more proactive in assisting with small tasks, ensuring a smoother and more relaxing stay for the children of the staff.

Enjoyed my really great stay in time of COVID19. On-site restaurant Le Magellan Restaurant was a bonus, had dinner there.

We checked out the Museum of Musical Instruments and it was totally epic! The hotel's location was lit, with cool bars and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was dope and we slept chill.

The location of this hotel is very advantageous as it is quite near to the heart of the city, which is a short walk away. It is also next to a few shops I wanted to visit and conveniently located near the tram station. The hotel staff is welcoming and the rooms are clean.

Despite some outdated facilities, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms make for a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was delightful, and the overall value for money was impressive. The relaxation facilities and nearby landmarks, such as the Manneken Pis and Magritte Museum, offered opportunities for enjoyable family bonding experiences during our stay.

The hotel is located right in the center, in walking distance from the old city center and very near the old town square. The staff at this hotel were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were sufficient, with interesting views from the window.

I recently stayed at the Bedford Hotel in Brussels for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near the Brussels South Midi railway station, making it easy to access. The facilities are modern and well maintained, and the breakfast selection was impressive. The hotel is also within walking distance of the city center, where you can find a variety of attractions, bars, cafes, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing helpful recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel staff were both friendly and efficient; they helped us book a bus trip to see Delf and tulips in Holland for just over €100 for one night. They respected our request for a twin room, for which we booked and was confirmed before our arrival. the restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar were great. the breakfast was tasty with plenty of food types on offer, although the hot food selection was quite limited, just bacon and eggs. However, there were plenty of cold meats and cheese, though it could be improved by adding sausages and some different kinds of cheese. the location was fantastic, just a few minutes away from the tourist spots, ideal for exploring Brussels main sights and Christmas Markets.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the communication and customer service during check-in and throughout the stay. There were instances where guests faced challenges with requests and the responsiveness of the evening shift staff.

The kids were fascinated by the interactive exhibits and hands-on music-making activities. The central location of the hotel made it easy for us to visit this unique museum and immerse ourselves in the world of music.

In my wife's opinion, having a dedicated children's play area or activities at the hotel would have been a great addition for families with children.

The staff helped me with sim cards at my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar/ Lounge area, Fitness centre. I keep coming back for city trips.

The rooms at Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre are so cozy and luxurious. The plasma TV and marble bathroom with a bath tub are like the cherry on top for me. It's the perfect spot for a relaxed and pampered stay.

I personally found the lighting in the room a bit too dim for my liking. But hey, others might dig the moody ambiance!
